What tests do you run on your cases?
We subject all of our products to accelerated life cycle testing so that we can prevent our customers from having foreseeable problems. For example, we might open and close a case 10,000 times on a machine before it is put into production. Additionally, we test a percentage of every batch of every case manufactured to ensure that the 100,000th case performs the same as the first.

What is the strongest case in your selection?
All of our cases are very strong and will probably outlast your phone. However, our Ballistic HC cases will stand up to the most impact.

How can I track my item being shipped?
Once your order is packed a tracking number will be generated and emailed to you.

How will I be charged and billed for my purchase?
Once your order ships, you will be billed by the payment method you selected during the checkout process.
